Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and unworn

  • With original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

ليكون المنتج مؤهلاً للاسترجاع، يجب أن يكون:

  • بنفس الحالة التي تم استلامه بها

  • غير مستخدم

  • محتفظًا بالتيكتات الأصلية

How to Start a Return

خطوات طلب الاسترجاع

To initiate a return or exchange request:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at 010 6666 1604.

  2. We will review your request. Once approved:

    • The item can be returned to our store, or

    • If you prefer collection from your address, we will arrange pickup within two working weeks.

    • Return shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the item, the refund or exchange will be processed.

لبدء طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال:

  1. التواصل معنا عبر واتساب على رقم 010 6666 1604.

  2. سيتم مراجعة الطلب، وبعد الموافقة:

    • يمكن استرجاع المنتج في الفرع، أو

    • في حالة رغبة العميل في استلام المنتج من عنوانه، سيتم ترتيب الاستلام خلال أسبوعين عمل.

    • يتحمّل العميل مصاريف الشحن الخاصة بالاسترجاع.

  3. بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، يتم تنفيذ الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.

Refunds

سياسة استرداد المبلغ

EN:

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original order.

  • Only the product price will be refunded.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Products that are produced specifically for you — including wall art (canvas and framed) and mirrors made to you. These items are not eligible for a full refund.

    If you request a return within 50 days of delivery and the item is received in its original, undamaged condition, we will issue a refund of 50% of the item price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is at the customer's expense.

    This does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. In those cases the item is replaced or fully refunded at no cost to you.

AR:

  • يتم رد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة في الطلب الأصلي.

  • يتم رد قيمة المنتج فقط.

  • مصاريف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.

  • المنتجات التي يتم تصنيعها خصيصًا للعميل — مثل التابلوهات والمرايات المُنفَّذة للعميل — تُعد منتجات خاصة لا يمكن إعادة بيعها، وبالتالي لا تخضع للاسترجاع بقيمتها الكاملة.

    في حال رغبة العميل في إرجاع أي من هذه المنتجات خلال 50 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام، وبشرط أن تكون بحالتها الأصلية وسليمة تمامًا وبغلافها الأصلي، يتم رد ٥٠٪ من قيمة المنتج. ولا تُرد مصاريف الشحن الأصلية، ويتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع.

    هذا البند لا يسري في الحالات الآتية:إذا وصل المنتج تالفًا أو به عيب في التصنيع أو غير مطابق للمواصفات المتفق عليها أو مختلفًا عن الطلب. في هذه الحالات يتم استبدال المنتج أو رد قيمته بالكامل دون أي تكلفة على العميل، وذلك خلال المدد المقررة قانونًا.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue.
In such cases, return shipping fees will be covered by the company.
