1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping fees and delivery timelines may vary depending on the nature of the product and the delivery location. The final shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
2. Delivery Process
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email or SMS with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.
- We use trusted local carriers to ensure the safety and timely arrival of your products.
3. Missed Deliveries & Reattempts
- If you’re unavailable during the scheduled delivery attempt, the carrier will make up to 3 reattempts.
- After three unsuccessful attempts, your order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
4. Damaged or Missing Items
- Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
- Missing Items: Should any item be missing from your delivery, reach out to us within 48 hours, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
5. International Shipping
- Currently, we only offer shipping within Egypt. International shipping is not available at this time.
